It's rare to experience such great customer service at a fast food place, but this young woman truly stood out. I only wish I had gotten her name! Additionally, the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The next time I visit a Krystal, I’ll definitely return to this location!

The employee working complained about being the only one on shi... read more This location consistently provides terrible service, but today was by far the worst experience. The employee working complained about being the only one on shift and how long it would take to prepare my order. I was ordering 24 Krystals and assured him I understood and was willing to wait. Despite that, he snapped at me to pull around. When I asked if I could add fries and drinks for four more people, he yelled again. I tried to acknowledge his stress, but he abruptly cut me off with, "Good day." This place seriously needs to be shut down—the problems have persisted since 2019.

The... read more I pondered whether I should say anything, but after removing a pound of onions from my burger, I felt compelled to share. You can draw your own conclusions. The fries appeared and tasted as though they were left over from the day before, so I ended up throwing them away. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had at a Krystal!
