What User doesn't like about Newk's Eatery:
My experience at this Flowood location today, 3/19/22, was the worst I have ever had. Whoever prepared our order needs to be removed from the kitchen. We ordered 4 pizzas, 2 of which looked overcooked - possibly smaller sizes than the other two we ordered. I’m a dasher in this area, I’ve shown up to pick food up at this location 4 times. Everytime I’ve waited 20+ minutes. And twice they’ve forgotten food. Never sat down and ate there but for sure don’t recommend online ordering.
They have some very good pimento a cheese sandwich cold or hot big salad a very good pizza woman loves them.
I have been regularly at newks in flowood as long as it was there. at my last visits, which are fed there, I have observed the things in their food preparation.
Manager jim is terrible. would not correct wrong order. all but himself and personal accuses. that is a terrible experience.
