The fries appeared and tasted as though they were left over from the day before, so I ended up throwing them away. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had at a Krystal!

He wouldn't allow me to change my... read more My family and I stopped in for a quick meal after work, and the employee was incredibly rude and rushed while taking my order. He wouldn't allow me to change my order and then got annoyed when I asked to make a modification. He even mentioned that he wished he were at the hospital with his newborn. I couldn't believe it! I will never return here again—what a waste of $30!
