I guess the slow service is expected as it is always busy at the lunchtime. eating is good, place is usually clean.
My husband went in on Sunday to buy a dozen bagels and saw the cashier starting to toast them. He told her not to toast them, but she apologized and mentioned there were two people ahead of him.
