My husband went in on Sunday to buy a dozen bagels and saw the cashier starting to toast them. He told her not to toast them, but she apologized and mentioned there were two people ahead of him.

The manager recommended the special 1/2 sandwich and soup combo for $7.99, which was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised to only spend under $25 on our lunch.
Service is horrible
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, but there is a frustrating issue with the ordering process. When you place a to-go order in person, you may have to wait up to 30 minutes because the staff prioritizes preparing online orders for customers who are not even present. It would be much more efficient if they prioritized orders for customers in the store.
