This terrible restaurant has finally shut down. I'm not sure if it's permanent, but it has been closed for two weeks now. It's filthy from the outside to the ordering area, so one can only imagine the condition of the kitchen. Hopefully, it stays closed because it should not be in business.
The takeout food I got was not very good. I have dined at this restaurant before when they used to have rotisserie chickens, but they no longer offer them and the overall quality has decreased.
I visited the drive-thru and ordered a family meal, but before I could even place my order, I was informed that they were out of Mac and Cheese and Creamed Spinach. I also requested a BLT sandwich which they said they didn't have crispy chicken for. How can they advertise these items on the menu if they don't have them in stock? It's frustrating that they never seem to have the items I like. The prices are too high and they always seem to be out of the items I enjoy, such as chicken soup, Mac and Cheese, and creamed spinach. They should consider giving up if they can't keep these items in stock. Disappointing.
Ordered online paid and went to pick it up n they are absolutely closed. Idk how any place can allow online orders and charge you and they are closed. What a rip off honestly and a waste of time. Google needs to update this as permanently closed. And i want my refund but there is no customer service for boston market. This is such a circus.
