This morning around 10am she knew he wanted his muffie that he always gets and he wanted chocolate milk which they were out of. He was disappointed for a few seconds until she said she would make him one herself. He was so happy as you can see by the look on his face and he said he was drinking a fancy coffee haha excellent service!

Two tables ordered, sat down, got their food, ate it all and left before I got my to go order I put in at the store. One of the two apologized to me for having to wait so long. One worker clearly didn’t want to be there. She appeared to be holding up multiple orders so it was not just me inconvenienced. Her coworkers kept shaking their heads at her.

I should have stayed, but the company was waiting for home. problem was that I didn't check my order before I left and one of my guests was not in the bag. it was paid. When I came home, it was too late to return. very annoying *although nothing could correct this, I had a gast without food, the manager impressed us not only lacking a refund for eating, but for the whole meal! that was welcomed and unexpected. there was a waiting time on the take-out line. it seemed short personal.

The food is usually good. Drinks, bakery, sides are good. I wish they would be more mindful of wiping tables after customers leave. On my recent visit, when I asked for bread on the side with my sandwich, the took the contents of the sandwich, put it in a bowl, and placed the bread of the sandwich next to that, untoasted. Kind of bummed out my meal to have it not warm and that I had to put the contents onto the bread. What I meant is the baguette. I wanted a baguette on the side, not my sandwich to be deconstructed. Guess you have to be super specific to get orders right ?‍

When you place a to-go order in person, you may have to wait up to 30 minutes because the staff prioritizes preparing online orders for customers who are not even present. It would be much more efficient if they prioritized orders for customers in the store.
