Great experience. Had a technical issue on the website where my order didn't go through, but the card was charged. The manager went ahead and reversed the sale, put the order through, and gave it to me on the house, without me requesting it. Muchappreciated! And so rare to see anyone go above and beyond lately.
I enjoy eating the food at Five Guys in Wappingers Falls and Fishkill too. They make delicious hamburgers, French ???? fries, shakes and more. They have beverages such as soda, shakes, etc.. Another good thing about this chain restaurant is that theyserve you peanuts ???? at no additional cost. This is a nice bonus but those who may have peanut allergies need to be aware ofthis.
I really like this restaurant. I've been a fan of Five Guys for years, and this was my first visit to this location. The food was good, but it didn't quite live up to the great experiences I've had at other locations. This could be due to the hurried service to seat and serve customers quickly because of COVID, which I completely understand. I also had some difficulty locating the entrance to this specific location, which is why I can't give it a perfect 5 stars. Overall, it's a decent dining experience.
I strongly recommend this restaurant for a quick meal. The hamburgers are fantastic, and I will definitely be returning.
I highly recommend this restaurant! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is delicious and fresh. The portion sizes of the French fries are quite generous. They really did an excellent job with our order.
