Very friendly and professional. The food was very nice too, with a fine selection of Italian cheeses and proscouttos, salami, etc.... The service from Neri is world class and so far above anything we ever experience in the states. He really cAres and is super knowledgeable on all beverages. He is a great conversationalist on pretty much any topic and is passionate about all Italian wines, liquors and grappas. Go for an aperitif and stay for the night- we usually do! I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that the food is surprisingly great as well. Pre covid you could count on a great apertivo cena and now its the same but ala carte. There are plenty of dining options in Firenze but few that combine food, wine and service like Sei Divino!
