Several members of my party are vegan and they were able to accommodate easily.

Great choice for the gluten free members of our family. The bread, pasta,cakes etc were excellent and you couldn't tell it was GF. On top of that, our server Illy was incredibly attentive, helpful, and just a plain delight. I would go back at least once a week if I had the privilege of staying in Florence for longer. Our server, Illy, felt almost like part of the family by the end of our experience, and he showered us with time, stories, and extra goodies here and there. A true highlight of our trip. He wasn't intrusive about it whatsoever; just expertly played off of our cues and tailored the experience to us. Faleminderit, Illy!
