INCREDIBLE gluten-free food. Options galore. As a celiac, this experience made my trip to Florence complete. Our server, Illy, felt almost like part of the family by the end of our experience, and he showered us with time, stories, and extra goodies here and there. A true highlight of our trip. He wasn't intrusive about it whatsoever; just expertly played off of our cues and tailored the experience to us. Faleminderit, Illy!

We were greeted with a smile by Illy and made to feel so welcome. The menu was varied with plenty of choices for everyone and was reasonable too. The fact that everything was gluten free was fantastic for us. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
