My husb... read more Brunch Republic Firenze Pietrapiana was a wonderful breakfast spot. I had the Sweet Salty which included French toast, bacon, scrambled eggs, and fruit. My husband had the creamy salmon with guacamole and poached eggs on top. I also had the Hot Vanilla Matcha latte which is not in the photo but is definitely a must have. If you love matcha, you need to try it. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. If you are in Florence and looking for a relaxed and satisfying brunch spot, this is a place you will want to try. Highly recommend.
