We specifically chose this res... read more The disappointment was the fact that every restaurant in the fork app clarifies whether we HAVE to take the new years eve dinner. We specifically chose this restaurant because we have two small children that wouldn’t take the fixed (over the price also for the quality provided) menu. Unfortunately as soon as we took our seat was their welcoming by telling us, you have to leave in 2 hrs for the next reservation and also that we have to take the fixed menu. Also, even the second plate that we were obliged to take, it was out of stock so they came up with a back up plate. Be careful next time before you book a restaurant because as is seems for us it was overall a bad food experience.

Fantastic atmosphere, lovely food and good service. Our waiter in particular was warm and welcoming, even joining in with our Harry Potter quiz. Would recommend when in Florence.
