He failed to wri... read more Reasonable food but served by a young man who obviously didn’t want to be there. He was grumpy and off hand when he first approached our table. He failed to write down what we ordered and then got one of the dishes wrong. But instead of accepting it was his mistake he argued that it was our mistake and only reluctantly took the food back. We then waited a very long time for a replacement. Not a good advertisement for eateries in Florence considering this was the first place we were eating.
