Best pizza in the world. I have yet to try anything other than the pesto pizza but it’s a life changing experience each time you engage with it. Couldn’t recommend more and you’ve wasted a trip to Florance if you haven’t tried this place.
I tried the pesto and porcini pizzas. They were alright, but the crust was way too thick for my liking. The atmosphere was young and friendly, but the music was too loud.
The pizzas were quite good and reasonably priced, between €10 and €14 each. The girl who served us was very friendly and helpful. Inside, there are all high tables, and on the terrace, low tables. Highly recommended. We were there in January and didn't have to queue.
It was fantastic! As it's a popular restaurant, we aimed to arrive early in the evening, which allowed for a smooth visit. We were greeted by a cheerful, smiling staff member and seated right away. This was truly what authentic food is like. Add to that the reasonable prices and generous portions, and I have no choice but to give it this rating. The clientele seemed to be mostly locals, with an ideal mix of tourists as well. Almost everyone finished one pizza each. If you're not too hungry, feel free to share one with someone! We ordered a Margherita and a Genovese pizza, both with lots of cheese. The Margherita was refreshing and the Genovese was creamy and delicious. I'm thinking about going again tomorrow.
