I ordered for pasta and been told it... read more We had lunch at Brio as part of our walking tour. The guide informed us that we can have either pizza or pasta and a drink. I ordered for pasta and been told it's not part of the deal. I went to the tour guide and clarified, then they served me a foul smelling (like old meat odor), dry looking pasta see photo. I didn't even dare to taste it. Just left the place.

My tours should hang their head in shame, an insult to travellers, tour ciost 64 euro each the worst deal we have ever had.

The waitress didn't even know what each one was made o... read more Came here as part of the Florence by night prepaid tour. The bruscettas were stale leftover and inedible. The waitress didn't even know what each one was made of but was nice nevertheless. The cutlery was stained and dirty. The pizza was thin, way too salty, and burnt. The zucchini was oily and grilled with skin. The cheese was too salty and burned. The only thing edible was dessert. And to beat all hell, our tour finished here and the guide simply left and we had to manage to find our own way back to the hotel. This place was rated number 1728 from 2000 some restaurants in Florence. I found out why the hard way. Don't expect much when you book a tour with dinner included. Always check the reviews before booking.
