It was a lovely day so sitting outside was perfect. Food arrived fairly quick for how busy they were, no complaints at all. We had whitebait which was really lovely, followed by a fish and chips and a mussels. Both came with unlimited real cut potato chips which was awesome.

We were celebrating my dad’s 70th birthday and the staff did an excellent job of making it really special. It’s not often with 5 people ordering all sorts of meals, sides, etc that there is no complaint to be made, but that’s definitely the case here! We will be back, hopefully soon. And have already recommended it to lots of people!

The menu had an abundant array of fish meals making it difficult before I settled on a traditional fish and chips. The fish was delicious and melted in my mouth and was paired nicely with the house wine. I will definitely be exploring more of the menu next time I return. The restaurant itself gives a seaside ambience, and the seats being designed to replicate seats on boats. The service was amazing, our waitresses were attentive to our wants and needs, and very helpful when helping to pick which wine to drink. For dessert a classic sticky toffee pudding had to be ordered, this was on point and delicious and one of the few places I've been to that does the dessert right! Thank you very much, cannot wait to come back again
