When we first drove by on our way to the hotel, we were a little intimidated by the long line out the door and down the sidewalk. But we read all the great reviews and figured it would be worth the wait. We were SO RIGHT! The ice cream flavors were diverse and delicious! What Grant Lujan doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
Took forever when no one was there and half of my drink was just ice and they did not even put enough cream or sugar. So you end up paying for ice in a cup. Except you wont even know how much you paid because they dont even give you your receipt. View all feedback.
The cleanliness of the establishment leaves much to be desired, with sticky tables, a dirty floor, and restrooms that are best avoided. The sanitation practices seem lacking, as I’ve never seen any staff wash their hands. The place often attracts homeless individuals and those who are visibly intoxicated or under the influence, leading to a chaotic atmosphere where some patrons can be loud or unkempt. I've even witnessed someone throw up in the doorway and seen patrons with visible injuries, yet they are rarely asked to leave. There are certainly better dining options available, and I would have rated this place zero stars if not for the good service from the male staff member. The owner of this location should truly be embarrassed by the overall situation.

However, after reading all the glowing reviews, we decided it would be worth the wait. And we were absolutely correct! The variety of ice cream flavors was impressive and absolutely delicious! We can’t wait to return the next time we visit Elmwood Park!
The service took a long time even though the restaurant was nearly empty, and half of my drink was just ice. They didn't add enough cream or sugar, so I ended up paying for a cup mostly filled with ice. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive a receipt, so I have no idea how much I actually paid.
This guy is slow!!!! Rude!!!!!!! How does he still work here!!!????
Placed a mobile order which as is my understanding should be processed first. Waited for half an hour before someone finally noticed it. The guy behind the counter was moving slower than a turtle, with an expression of dissatisfaction on his face. Hey Corporate!!! this is a complaint!!!
