As someone who works in the service industry, I really appreciated his excellent service (the extra star is dedicated to him!). However, I've noticed an increasing number of reviews mentioning issues with the quality of the food. Specifically, my chicken had some purple/pink hues and, in certain spots, brown/black, which is definitely concerning when you're ordering a chicken sandwich. On a positive note, the sides were delicious, and this restaurant has a lot of potential. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff is great, but my dining experience left a lot to be desired. I couldn't finish my buffalo chicken sandwich, which is disappointing because I really wanted this place to be my new go-to spot. Unfortunately, it's hard to feel confident when the quality of chicken wings seems inconsistent.

It was beautifully cooked over four sides of wood charcoal, which made it perfect. I can't wait to have it again!
