I've been here for over six years. Yes, the woman can be a bit cold, but I think honestly, that's just her personality. I am sure that they are not customer-friendly aware of this, as the man who usually deals with the customers is. They are NOT racist, I am Mexican and I had my whole family to talk in Spanish, order loud volumes, and we still have smiles through the whole visit. The man is really friendly and patient! I think the prices are fine, I love their baked goods. The beans are delicious! Loves the coconut bread and the mocha cake.
