However, we were surprised when we arrived on Mother's Day and discovered they had a special prix fixe menu. Unfortunately, we couldn't order our favorite meal and had to choose from the special menu instead. The service was slow, most likely due to the busy holiday crowd. Our waiter took a while to take our order and the food also took a long time to arrive. We had to ask for salt and pepper and ended up eating our salad and entrees at the same time. It seemed like our waiter was either new or had too many tables to handle. Overall, the experience was not up to par compared to our previous visits.

It took 30 minutes for our beers to arrive, and 45 minutes for our bottle of wine. The food on the limited holiday menu for a 3-course meal took a long time to come out. We never got the chance to order another round of drinks and had to ask for water. We ended up getting dessert to go, but no one ate it. On top of all that, the bill was much more expensive than the regular menu.
