Niles Peacock Kitchen - Edmonds
Niles Peacock Kitchen
Description
A cozy Edmonds gem celebrated for standout Detroit‑style pizza made with housemade dough and fresh ingredients, paired with expertly mixed cocktails and a top‑shelf spirits selection. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and an inclusive menu (vegan to omnivore) create a warm, community feel with indoor/outdoor seating and ample parking. Occasional slow, inattentive service and inconsistent takeout timing — plus uneven sides — have frustrated guests, but the exceptional pies and drinks keep patrons returning.

Niles Peacock is an amazing business man , besides being a wonderful person. The food and service are good and ambiance is very pleasant. Nice outing?
Ended up getting the Beet Salad, My Hot Date, and Breakfast For Dinner. The latter was probably my favorite. My Hot Date was good but gorgonzola isn’t for me.Restaurant was maybe 70% capacity/before dinner rush and service was dreadfully slow and inattentive. I don’t know if they just need to hire more servers(some employees were just standing around so may not be it). Slowest/least attentive service I have had by a mile in a long time.
What a welcome addition to Edmonds. Neil and his staff are fantastic. Has a very small community feel and everyone was enjoying their experience. And the food was Excellent. I recommend trying the Detroit style pizzas.
YUM! BEST Detroit style pizza I've had around here. Knowledgeable and kind staff, fun atmosphere, inclusive menu for vegans to omnivores. Indoor and outdoor seating, plenty of parking! New fave spot.
Good food terrible service for pick up orders. Most recent order I was told to pick it up an hour after ordering. Arrive after the hour mark and my order wasn’t even made. No one was able to provide an estimate for when it would be ready. Shocked by no reimbursement, no offer to wait at the bar with a snack or drink. Just drive around with a toddler in the car. Order was ready 1 hour after original pick up time.
