Sorry to write a negative review but I have been here twice recently, had poor service and food quality (soda had watered down flavor which they replaced with t... read more Sorry to write a negative review but I have been here twice recently, had poor service and food quality (soda had watered down flavor which they replaced with the same watered down drink upon my return of it), then I asked for a different flavor but they forgot I gave up trying. I was there to meet with people not spend my time solving the problem. The 2nd time it was cold fries rather than make an issue, I ate them cold ugh! I don't like having to order from the Kiosk when people are standing around at the cash registers and can take my order much faster but they force you to use the Kiosk...not great for older people who are not so savvy with those things. I am tech savvy and the Kiosk frustrates me because there are so many options and so hard to find the basics of what you need.
