The servic... read more Two of us, who had never visited the Copper Pot before, dined there for lunch on a Monday. We arrived a bit late, so the restaurant was mostly empty. The service was excellent, and the owner was very attentive and helpful in answering our questions about different menu items. We're looking forward to returning with a few more friends so we can try more of the delicious offerings.

Since moving to Edmonds a few weeks ago, I have brought my family to the Copper Pot several times, and we have never been disappointed with the exceptional quality of the Indian food served there. This has quickly become one of my favorite places to dine in Edmonds.

The flavors are rich and deep, and I always ask for their special hot sauce. I highly recommend trying the lamb curry as well.
