Was ROSE MARY DA ROSA ALVES at The Channel Marker a mag?
I really enjoy this place. They have a very warm and welcome feeling. I am always at home. The Chicken taco salad is out of this world, I have never tasted a taco salad so perfect any where ever. My Father was a chef and taught me to appreciate good food, so I am sometimes very picky and judgmental with what I taste and eat. They also have a Taco special on Tuesdays, a lot of really good food again, The soft taco is... View all feedback.
What Terrible order dislikes about The Channel Marker:
The worst dining experience we've ever had. We ordered the so-called Prime Rib dip and potato salad. The dip consisted of dry, overcooked slices of beef that tasted like beef jerky; there’s no way it could have possibly been Prime Rib. As for the potato salad, which the waitress claimed was homemade, it was overly sweet and smothered in mayonnaise—it was clearly store-bought, not made in-house. View all feedback.
"This experience was very disappointing! The portions on my plate were significantly smaller compared to others when my entrée arrived. It felt quite unfair. Additionally, the bartender's attitude towards me was off-putting, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I couldn’t help but feel that there was a lack of equality in how customers were treated, as others received much larger portions. I won’t be returning!"
The restaurant offers a great atmosphere and serves large beers on tap. I also enjoyed their clam chowder; it was quite tasty!
