The young girl with the long black hair was out of line while I was being as kind as I could. Don't waste your time or money at this burger king.

I've been ordering the... read more The drive-thru experience here has been quite disappointing. As a big burger enthusiast, I usually visit various chains 2-3 times a week. I've been ordering the Impossible Whopper for takeout every Thursday, and I've frequently received burgers that are cold, taste stale, and sometimes aren’t properly deep-fried. My most recent order included fries that were anything but crispy. I've also noticed the same issues with the chicken burgers; the patties often come cold and look old and unappetizing. To add insult to injury, they even charge extra for a single sauce! In contrast, at Chick-fil-A, where I eat weekly, I always get plenty of sauces for free. Overall, this place feels like a rip-off, and the service isn't very friendly or welcoming either.

I was supposed to receive two containers of sauce with my chicken nuggets, but I only got one. Most recently, I ordered a small meal and was given a drink that is typically part of a kids' meal instead of a small drink. To make matters worse, they got my order wrong—I asked for a Sprite, not Diet Sprite. They just poured out the drink and reused the cup, so I ended up with a mix of Diet and Sprite. I won't be returning to this place!

The quality has definitely improved... read more This place serves the best fast food burgers around. I requested my Bacon King to be grilled well done, and it was perfect. The quality has definitely improved since the pandemic, making the higher prices worth it. The shakes are also quite good!
