What User doesn't like about Wingstop:
I had a terrible experience with their wings. I ordered online for pickup and ended up waiting an hour for my food. When I arrived, a short lady at the front told me I had to wait until 10:09 to collect my order, even though the place wasn't busy at all. Worst wing stop I ever been to. I ordered for pickup online and waited an hour to go pick up my food. When I arrived the short lady in the front told me I had to wait till 10:09 to pick up my order, mind you I got there at 10:00? it wasn?t even busy! Ican understand if it was super busy but wow! I saw my order sitting on the table packed. She said it wasn?t ready yet but itreally doesn?t take an hour to get food out! It?s fast food for a reason. They are really waiting till the last 10 minutes tomake your food or she didn?t want to give it to me yet bc i was 10 mins early (an hour passed already) This place needs newmanagement. Ridiculous.
Every time I call this place for apartments, it's always a problem. if they order a lot of their customers apartments, why not order extra. looks as if it starts to become a personal ding.
The lady who works there is mean AF. I won't be going back. If she's the cook, the food will be evil too. I wish the employees luck. Hopefully they won't become jaded dealing with such a grumpy woman.
Overall terrible experience. We ordered early in the morning to pick up wings in the afternoon for game day. While the wings were prepared on time, the wings tasted awful. They tasted as if they ran out of sauce and diluted it with water. No flavor whatsoever. When I called to request a refund I was told that they were busy yesterday because of the Super Bowl, which I COMPLETELY understand but that's not an excuse I'm sorry. I paid $50 for a tray of wings that we didn't even eat. If they aren't able to fulfill all orders on a high volume day, then they shouldn't accept multiple orders. Simple.
