**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**

The dining atmosphere at this establishment leaves much to be desired, with staff appearing unwelcoming and overwhelmed. While the food offers potential—crisp wings and impressive blue cheese dressing—the execution falters with soggy, overly sauced wings and inconsistent flavors. Customers have reported long wait times for orders, raising concerns about management efficiency. However, there are bright spots, notably the impressive garlic parmesan sauce, which some claim rivals well-known chains. Ultimately, the combination of service issues and food quality may leave diners pondering their next culinary adventure elsewhere.

Was Anonym at Wingstop a mag?

This restaurant, owned by the Modzelewski family, exceeded my expectations and outshined Popeyes. The food was wonderfully spicy, and the garlic parmesan sauce on the sandwich was absolutely delicious! View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Wingstop:

I had a frustrating experience with their wings. I ordered online for pickup and ended up waiting an hour for my food. When I arrived, a short woman at the front told me I had to wait until 10:09 to collect my order, even though the restaurant was not busy at all. I could understand it if they were packed, but this was just unreasonable! I saw my order already packed on the counter, yet she insisted it wasn’t ready.... View all feedback.

I ordered a 10-piece order of all flats, but they were crammed into a very small container, making it hard to believe there were actually 10 pieces. The chicken was not fresh and had very little seasoning—just oily chicken. I understand there were only two young ladies working, but I still dislike wasting food. Rating: 1/5.

This restaurant serves amazing food! I absolutely love their hot honey wings. Francisco provides excellent customer service. Food rating: 5/5.

The restaurant does not seem to prioritize DoorDash orders. They canceled my order because they accidentally gave my food to the wrong delivery driver. Additionally, the customer service was poor; when my husband reached out, the representative admitted that they frequently make mistakes with orders and then hung up on him.

It was my first time ever at Wingstop. I love the flavors. They could put more effort into the chicken sandwiches. Overall, I was satisfied.Food: 2/5

Bad customer service, very rude. was told off for not “calling one of us to make an order.” we waited for them to attend us and they rudely told me. “you see i’m doing something, do you want to order or what?” couldn’t believe it. after apologizing to not further to d conversation i was given dirty looks. so unacceptable. I worked at dominos Ik how fast food is. I’ve had bad days but I never been disrespectful to customers. My dominos was the 3rd busiest in NJ. I’m no stranger to fast and exhausting long days. But I’d never treat someone like that.

Nothing special here, employees seemed miserable or maybe it was slow, but definitely not greeting customers with even a fake smile. I ordered a boneless 6 piece combo. Wings were a bit overcooked and totally soaked in the sauces I ordered. French fries were better then I expected and actually better then the buffalo wings, I must also say the blue cheese dressing is also REALLY good here!

Overall terrible experience. We ordered early in the morning to pick up wings in the afternoon for game day. While the wings were prepared on time, the wings tasted awful. They tasted as if they ran out of sauce and diluted it with water. No flavor whatsoever. When I called to request a refund I was told that they were busy yesterday because of the Super Bowl, which I COMPLETELY understand but that's not an excuse I'm sorry. I paid $50 for a tray of wings that we didn't even eat. If they aren't able to fulfill all orders on a high volume day, then they shouldn't accept multiple orders. Simple.

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would! My husband and I love Wingstop, so we decided to try this location. I called multiple times to place an order, but the phone wasn't ringing, so I decided to stop by in person. That turned out to be an even worse idea! When I walked in, I wasn't greeted at all. A short woman at the front asked if I was there for a pickup. I told her I wanted to place an order, and she informed me that they were only taking orders online. I was confused and explained that I had been trying to call them, to which she replied that the phone wasn’t working. There were so many red flags, but I decided to go ahead and place my order anyway. After placing my order, I went back in to check if it had been received since I needed to go to Aldi before it closed. The woman outright ignored me while I tried to get her attention, and I had to step behind the counter to get through to her. Even then, she continued to ignore me. To make matters worse, when we finally received our food, I found a bug in my husband's drink. It was impossible not to notice it in the glass. I’ve included pictures below. So, the phone doesn't work, the system for taking orders in the store is faulty, and there seems to be a serious lack of staff. Why are they still open? Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast-food restaurant. I always show respect for the people who prepare my food, but this woman was practically asking to be cursed out! Save yourself the time and frustration and find somewhere else to eat.

It felt like they were purposely making me wait until the last minute, or maybe they didn’t want to hand it over since I arrived 10 minutes early—after already waiting an hour. This place really could benefit from new management.

The wings were way too dry and greasy, lacking any sauce. The ranch dressing was far too watery. I won't be returning.

We pre-ordered eight drinks, but they were not ready when we arrived, forcing us to help ourselves in a flooded lobby. On top of that, three of our meals were missing. When we brought this up, we were informed that they were packed and that no error had occurred. We spent $120 on food. The man at the counter was extremely rude, and we felt denied the food we had paid for. I will never return to this restaurant and strongly advise others to steer clear as well. Location: 3132 Lincoln Hwy, Edison, NJ.

We ordered Korean, Hawaiian, and Mild Buffalo wings. I'm giving it two stars because, although the wings were crispy, the sauces left much to be desired. As a homebrewer, I found the flavor and aroma of the sauce to be reminiscent of boiled grains, which was quite unappetizing. It was really disappointing. Maybe we just received a bad batch, but it's hard to imagine they can stay in business with food like this. I won't be ordering from them again.

The food was delicious, and the young woman at the counter was friendly and enthusiastic about helping.

From the Modzelewski family: Wingstop was better than Popeyes because the food was incredibly flavorful. The garlic parmesan on the sandwich was absolutely delicious.

This is the worst Wingstop I’ve ever visited. I placed an online order for pickup and waited an hour before heading to get my food. When I arrived at 10:00, a woman at the counter told me I had to wait until 10:09 to pick up my order—even though it wasn’t busy at all. I understand if it were hectic, but this was ridiculous! I even saw my order already packed on a table. She claimed it wasn’t ready yet, but fast food shouldn’t take an hour. It felt like they were purposely waiting until the last 10 minutes to prepare my food, or she just didn’t want to hand it over because I was technically 10 minutes early (after waiting an hour). This place definitely needs new management. Absolutely unacceptable.
