While the wings were prepared on time, the wings ta... read more Overall terrible experience. We ordered early in the morning to pick up wings in the afternoon for game day. While the wings were prepared on time, the wings tasted awful. They tasted as if they ran out of sauce and diluted it with water. No flavor whatsoever. When I called to request a refund I was told that they were busy yesterday because of the Super Bowl, which I COMPLETELY understand but that's not an excuse I'm sorry. I paid $50 for a tray of wings that we didn't even eat. If they aren't able to fulfill all orders on a high volume day, then they shouldn't accept multiple orders. Simple.
