Foundry 39 in Edinburgh's west end offers a modern and industrial atmosphere with a blend of soft and hard seating. The staff are friendly and attentive, making sure everything tastes good. The menu includes delicious burgers, pizzas, and salads, along with a variety of cocktails that range from boozy to classy. The food is tasty, the cocktails are fab, and the wine bar/restaurant is a beautiful addition to the area. Customers have had great experiences with the food, service, and atmosphere, making it a must-visit spot in Edinburgh.
Visited here whilst I was in Edinburgh and had a great experience. The food was fantastic and the beer was fresh and cold. The service was efficient and friendly! Thank you to Lewis and the team for making me feel so welcome, I’ll be returning on my next visit to Edinburgh!
Great food, great pint, great staff. The guy serving (Lewis I think his name was) was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Edinburgh.

Fantastic place ! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with dim lighting and comfortable seating. The pub had a rustic charm that added to the overall ambiance. Friendly staff and a great selection of drinks. The food was delicious. Highly recommend for a great evening! Maciej made sure everything was fine. I feel well served 10/10 !
Our wedding welcome party at Foundry 39 was absolutely fantastic! The beautiful venue, delicious food and drinks, all contributed to an unforgettable experience. Lewis’s excellent communication and friendliness made the booking process seamless even from oversea. Tyler, Jen, and Nick took great care of our big group! The pub quiz added extra fun, and the compliments from our guests were endless. Foundry 39 left us with a fantastic impression, and we’re incredibly grateful for hosting our special celebration. Many thanks to the outstanding team!
