good value and fast service from this lively caffe. a good selection of food and drinks. many tables, but this is especially to do the lunchtime. the staff was efficient and had to eat quickly on the table. the caffe is also dog friendly, so practical to take a bite here after a day to eat foot. toilets were very clean, but they think their head goes into how they bash when they are a bigger than a child; View all feedback.

Very busy little coffee shop with both indoor and outdoor seating or take away choices, Fast menu selections and I found the staff very pleasant regardless of previous reviews. Mind you the sun was shining! View all feedback.
Really beautiful place beautiful thunfisch baguette and a decent coffee give it a try people
Beautiful cappuccino and lemon poppy cake followed by delicious whippy style ice cream. great taste and prices. the staff took our ice order very much after the closing time!
Super delicious coffee, I choose decaf and I really like it. they also have super tasty cakes (also vegan) and the best ice creams that can imagine (vegan option was also there.)
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My fiancé and I popped in for an ice cream yesterday and upon entering we were told to put on masks or leave. My fiancé and I both have past health problems which mean it is extremely unpleasant for us to wear face masks. We have consulted doctors who recommended we don’t wear them. We politely explained that we were both exempt then all hell broke loose. What followed is probably the worst behaviour by an employee of a customer facing business I have ever seen. The manageress was aggressive, shouting, slamming cutlery and plates, finger pointing just a couple of inches from my fiancé’s face. We tried to explain that there was no requirement to produce an exemption card. Later on, the manageress pretended to phone the police claiming we were breaking the law, despite me showing her the government guidance website. What a truly vile person trying to intimidate innocent visitors to the cafe. Her colleagues were equally as vile, shouting, gesticulating and demanding we leave as we stood there calmly. The behaviour of the staff drove other customers away and left us both in disbelief. Later they claimed that it was their “policy” to not serve people without masks unfortunately, their “policy” does not trump the law. Their behaviour broke the Equality Act as they clearly discriminated against us on the basis that the manageress didn’t think we could possibly be exempt. The manageress needs to know she is not the arbiter of who is, and isn’t exempt from wearing masks. When we got back to our hotel, we checked the earlier reviews for this cafe, and we weren’t surprised to see that this kind of behaviour from the manageress and her staff is a regular occurrence nearly every other review mentions her rude, aggressive and/or threatening manner. Don’t believe me? Just read more reviews on here, or on other review platforms. If you are in Glenridding, please avoid this place the manageress clearly has anger management issues and deserves to be sat alone where she can’t interact with people. Furthermore, she is clearly not aware her actions could land her in legal troubles. There is a fantastic cafe just 200m away from this awful place, at the St Patricks Boat Landing they were friendly and welcoming, please spend your money there instead.
I can only assume that there may have been some issues in the past at 21, but our lunch experience today was quite enjoyable. On a rainy and gloomy day, this warm and bright restaurant was just what we needed. We opted for the soup and coffee, and were pleased with our choices. The tomato soup was delicious, served with tasty bread, and the coffee was good too. Though not the most inexpensive option, the quality of the food was worth it. The restaurant was clean and the young lady who served us was very friendly. We would be happy to come back anytime.
