After waiting a few minutes and calling out for assistance, I pulled up to the window to inform them of the situation. I was told that I had not waited long enough and that I could not place an order at that window. Disappointed by the lack of customer service, I expressed my frustration and mentioned that I would not be returning. Upon being asked if they cared about my dissatisfaction, the employee responded that they did not. As a result of this interaction, I have decided not to patronize this establishment again.
