I’ve never had a bad experience at this location or any other!... read more I work at a place where I don’t get breaks, so I asked my grandma to pick me up some Chick-fil-A. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location or any other! I’ve always enjoyed their food without issue. Unfortunately, this time was different. The fries were so hard they cut my gums, and the Coke cup was sticky, causing my grandma to wash her hands. Plus, the lid wasn’t even on properly. My grandma ordered it around 4 PM on Monday from the Easley location. I’m very disappointed and will seriously reconsider returning to this or any other location. Thanks for ruining my first meal of the day; it was terrible.

I frequently travel throughout the U.S. and have always enjoyed great experiences, but this location has made several mistakes with my drink and forgotten items from my order. To make matters worse, some staff members seemed annoyed when I tried to discuss missing items or place an order. Overall, I'm not particularly impressed with this place. The chicken sandwiches can be hit or miss; sometimes the chicken is flat, while other times it's thick and delicious. On a positive note, the restaurant is always very clean, and the fries are typically crispy, which is why I keep returning. However, I now feel the need to double-check my order every time.

I contacted the management team and was assured that I would receive a response within 2 to 3 days, but it has been two weeks and I haven’t heard back. This Chick-fil-A is really declining; it's not at all like I remember it.

The delivery serv... read more This restaurant serves excellent food, and I especially adore their classic chicken sandwich—it's tasty, juicy, tender, and cooked just right. The delivery service is dependable, and the staff is decent; while they may not stand out, they're definitely satisfactory. Overall, I really enjoy this restaurant and its timeless menu items.

I know most locations usually have long lines because of t... read more In my opinion, the food at Chick-fil-A is reliably good, but the wait times can be quite frustrating. I know most locations usually have long lines because of their popularity, yet this one sometimes faces especially long delays, where it can take five minutes to move just one car forward. The hold-up seems to be at the service window; I'm not sure if it's due to a shortage of kitchen staff or if the kitchen itself is slow. However, the order-takers are definitely quicker than the employees at the window and in the kitchen.
