The fries were cold and hard, and there was hardly any salt on them—what’s the point of McDonald's fries without salt? I asked for my Big Mac without cheese twice, yet it still came with cheese. The chicken tasted like it had been cooked the day before and kept under a heat lamp all night. I don’t expect much from McDonald's, but this was genuinely inedible; even my dog won’t touch it.

I want to clarify that this isn’t due to laziness on my part; I’m just trying to save time by skipping the drive-thru line. It’s really frustrating to see the drive-thru moving at a good pace while I and others are left waiting for 10 minutes, only to have to go inside and hear multiple excuses as to why our food isn’t being brought to our cars.

I value the experience, but I must share my disappointment with my recent order. I received a 20-piece nugget meal that contained 5 partially eaten nuggets and what appeared to be saliva in the box. Furthermore, the large fries were undercooked and included actual frozen fries mixed in. Please, if you have any leftovers, dispose of them properly instead of putting them in customers' bags. This isn't the first time I've encountered issues at this location, but it will definitely be the last. I do not recommend visiting this McDonald's.

You'll place your order and pay at an outside attendant before collecting your food at the window. The quality of the food is consistent with what you would expect from McDonald's locations.
