I Love the new Southwest Bacon Whopper I trying to get the burger 3 weeks in a row but always the comment we don't have the Avocado spread. Don't sell the burger if don't have the ingredients.

OK, we're reviewing a Fast Food place, right? I'm not talking individual tastes between burgers, just that it be the best example of what you'd expect. The Burger King Whopper was stunningly fast, prepared like they'd been tipped off, and cheerfullypresented. The Burger King had one other car in front of me but that driver placed the longest order with the highest number ofvariables possible. I placed my order, never expecting to live long enough to see the people in front of me stub out, grab theirbags and drive happily back onto 123. By the time their brake lights were off I was picking up my own single-item specialorder. As I drove past (both times I've eaten there) I could hear the assistant manager or a team leader calling out orderscounting down the SECONDS as if they were in the business of delivering food. And doing it fast. I really admire the whole stafffor running a tight ship. Good job!

I'm sorry to say that this meal wasn't worth the cost. I paid $10 for the ghost pepper Whopper meal, and unless something changes, I won't be returning. The stars I’m giving are for the employees, not for the food.

I had the most delicious meal here – I would give it a perfect 10/10! The staff were incredibly respectful, and the male manager was especially supportive of his team. I've never encountered a manager who is so encouraging. Truly, the kindest people I’ve met. I will definitely be returning!

I called ahead to confirm that they were open until 1 AM, so I decided to place an online order. However, when I arrived at 12:30 AM to pick it up, I was informed that they were closed. I explained that the app had already charged my account and asked how I could get a refund. The employee had to go get the manager, who reiterated that they were indeed closed. After a heated discussion, the manager slammed the window shut and walked away. I was left with no choice but to contact corporate to request my refund, which will take 3 to 5 days. Clearly, I won't be returning to Burger King again.
