The fries were hot and crispy, my Italian dish was fantastic, and the two half-pounder burgers we ordered actually had the right amount of meat. I highly recommend visiting the Easley branch of this restaurant.

After placing my order, I waited another 15 minutes to get to the pick-up window, which is very disappo... read more I was just ordering one meal and an additional sandwich. After placing my order, I waited another 15 minutes to get to the pick-up window, which is very disappointing. At the window, I paid and received my order correctly within about 90 seconds and drove away. When I got home, I sat down to eat, and it had taken me a total of over 30 minutes to get what should have been a quick fast food meal. I have had far better experiences at several local competitors. Unless they can significantly improve their service, I don’t plan to return to this Arby's anytime soon. One last thing: the receipt didn’t provide a way to give feedback on my experience. I tried calling the number on the receipt to share my thoughts with management, but, not surprisingly, no one answered.

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, but what stood out the most was the friendly lady who served me. Despite being clearly busy, she was incredibly pleasant. I will definitely be frequenting this place much more often in the future.
