Dunkin' - Eagan

Kyndra was very nice! She made me something based off of a description and it was absolutely delicious! Great service and a tasty drink!

It was closing time on I think a Saturday or Sunday night. I was on my way home from the tc and i beelined to the nearest open Starbucks. It was in a Target. I walk in there at 7:42pm. The little boy working closed shop early! I was so upset. I ran down the street to Dunkin. I get there at like 7:50pm. I'm feeling bad because i know they're due to close and ive worked service before, i know how it feels to hear that drive thru bell in your ear RIGHT before close! I ordered my medium salted caramel cold cream and asked for extra cream.Got to the window and the girl who took my order was there and she was so nice and friendly! Unfortunately they had run out of the cold cream but she made me a delicious salted caramel iced latte that she made basically just like the cold cream except less creamy lol. She was so sweet and the drink was awesome! Definitely recommend hitting a Dunkin if you get a chance. The one in Eagan I believe it's off Cliff Rd right down the road from the Target! Im re-obsessed with that cold cream lol

I loved my experience at this dunkin! it was clean and spacious. there weren't many tables, but most customers grab and go. there's a drive thru with fast service. i did an in store pick up and service was quick too! the staff were friendly and accomodating. i often get their hash browns, bagel with cream cheese, or an iced latte. their food is always fresh and tasty! for the bagel with cream cheese, you can choose to put the spread on the bagel or on the side. overall rating: 10/10

Although the tables were a little dirty my experience was a success! My family wanted to eat Baskin Robins but I wasn't in the mood for ice cream. When we pulled up to this place my excitement went through the roof! I love Dunkin. It wasn't that crowed and they got our service right away! My family members said the ice cream was good and my iced coffee was delicious! There are many bad reviews but I don't think my experience was not as bad as people leave them to be.So if ur looking for ice cream and special drink/donut I would recommend this place!

They need better selections and more of a description and what you're ordering. I ended up ordering the wrong thing but that's OK that's my fault
