Are all Burget King licatiins the same? No! This one has got to be the most helpful and friendly one in the area if not the country. It is more like a family owned neighborhood restaurant, coffee shop. Many of the patrons know each other and the workers. It is just a great place with nice, friendly people. View all feedback.

Had a bad experience with mobile order drive through. Took 20 mins for drive through to process 3 cars before us. Upon getting to window (after confirming order at speaker system earlier) our order had not been prepped. Waited an additional 20 mins for food prep. Great breakfast at a great price! the staff was friendly and the food was good and hot!
My order was grounded. I spoke to Justin a manager. I went back the next day and he was glad to make my order right this time. He gave me a piece of cake for free. He was very nice and has excellent customer service! Unlike the other managers working on this place, they are rude. Justin was absolutely amazing, thanks to the time to correct my order.
Hands down the best fast food place when it comes to Burger, especially where Hepper
I met the ride here on my way home from work a few times a month. You never messed up my order, the food is always hot, and the staff were always very friendly. What else could you ask for a Fast Food Joint?
This experience was terrible! We waited for what seemed an eternity. When we came to the speaker, the woman who took our order was very rude and impatient. Maybe she was in a bad mood?. not the point) we have our food and went home. The food was cold and they gave us no Marinosauce for our Mozzarella sticks, or they offered them. So it's a big thumb down from this family?
