Self-counter ordering and text-message notifications for pickup of dine-in food. Very efficient and orders are made correctly; food tastes good. Only disadvantage is that the last 3 visits they have been out of tea (all options) and so I've had to ask someone and then wait for a new brew, but they've been very friendly and accommodating about it! 3 of 4 devices are not in order so we need to wait until a long time ordering to place the only one available device (and seems as if they were not trying to repair these devices. a device was missing even when I was there last time.) Otherwise we have to order at a cachier, but this one worker keeps chatting with other customers even tho she knows that there are customers waiting in the line. She is always like this and one day I said sorry, she ignored me and finally came back to the kachier, but had such a rush attitude to me. no good customer experience at this site update: every time I go to the site and try to place ordering, something irritating happens. this time I could not pay on a device, so I had to put an order on the app again.
The new signature take chicken sandwich had no taste as I expected. the cinnamon crunch bagel was great as always.
I ordered a chicken sandwich. that's it. I'm a long truck and explained how the supplier could find me at the address. our headquarters has a small amount for lkws, as we are small business, so it would not be so difficult. eta was 18:33. I called 6:45 and said that the order had been picked up, but if it is picked up, they have no control or information about the eta of the driver. an hour after my call, not eating. at this point I know he won't show. So I called a refund, only nobody would answer that phone. the phone ringed and ringed until it had separated. that happened twice. they finally replied for the third time after several rings. they canceled my order and I have a refund. as lkw I would have shut off my trailer and drove my traktor to trader joe, but instead chose to stay and have ordered food. that was a bad decision. I went to bed without dinner. panera delivered their own food, but now they store their supplies to uber isst, doordash etc. I was together with covid for a month last year and lived on panera food supplies. it was the one that made me feel better. I will no longer order from panera, not after the outsourcing of their deliveries and I will not use doordash or eat more. the employee I spoke to told me that, as they no longer supply their own food, these are now more frequent complaining with their supplies.
Picked up two Panera Duets with cups of soup for lunch on 11/21/22. The two half sandwiches were Napa Almond with chicken. There was no chicken on either sandwich. I was too far away to go back, so I tried calling them multiple times over two days with no answer. I have always loved Panera. Won’t be going back to this location.
