This Panera has been the worst Panera been to in a very long time I order two avocado BLT gotten something else when I called back the chef who served me Said t... read more This Panera has been the worst Panera been to in a very long time I order two avocado BLT gotten something else when I called back the chef who served me Said that is this tutu and I said yes when I told him about my order and ask what happened to the avocado he started to be very disrespectful and start to discriminate me also hung the phone up on me try to call back a couple time to talk with the manager nobody picks up I’m assuming because they have caller ID he saw it I’m calling back and decide not to pick the phone this so rude this is the worst customer service ever it’s a shame that when you go in there and spend all this money you can’t even get the opportunity to talk with a manager to complain about what your complaint is you have the staff being rude and disrespectful I’m not sure why he does not like me I hope it’s not the color of my skin because it’s very Hurtful that he treat me like an animal after I called to complain that my order was incorrect I don’t know why people have to treat us like animals we’re all human and we all deserve equal treatment regardless of the color of your skin

Breakfa... read more Hi I had Panera menu items when I was in the hospital recently. When I was a kid, we would joke about stealing food for a family member to the hospital. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at Panera was great. I loved the baked oatmeal and the quiche. I wish we had a panera in Hutchinson (Mn), everything was great. Thank you.

The process is very efficient... read more The restaurant uses a self-ordering system at the counter and sends text message notifications when the food is ready for pickup. The process is very efficient and the orders are always accurate. The food is delicious. The only downside is that during the last three visits, they have been out of tea (all options) and I have had to ask for assistance and wait for a new batch. However, the staff have been very friendly and accommodating about it.

My takeout order was over 20 minutes late, and a car at the drive-thru window had to repeatedly honk their horn because they were being ignored. To make matters worse, my takeout order had avocado smeared on the outside of the wrapper, even though there was no avocado included in my order.
