Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Eagan

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service provided to a disabled customer who placed a curbside order at your restaurant. Despite calling before 9:00 and receiving no answer, I arrived at 8:42 to find myself as the only customer in the parking lot, waiting in the handicapped spot directly in front of the doors for 25 minutes. When I brought this to the attention of an employee at 9:10, he simply shrugged and laughed. I only received one of the two items I ordered and still tipped for the incomplete service. Your response to this situation is as inconsiderate as your employee's behavior. It is unacceptable to blame the customer for your poor customer service.

We dined at this restaurant for the first time as a family of five, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We were fortunate to visit on a kid's eat free day (Sunday) and were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary ice cream dessert. The customer service was excellent and the facility was very clean. We will definitely be returning and recommending this restaurant to others based on our positive experience.

Dickey's BBQ in Eagan, MN is top notch! I have been going here since they opened which was somewhere around 7-9 years ago. Same owner and his crew working in there all the time. Great guys. Great food.

We enjoy going to this BBQ chain because good BBQ restaurants are hard to find. The food was decent quality, but the meat was sliced unevenly with large chunks and very thin slices. It wasn't a big issue though. We did request bowls for our sons to eat their ice cream to avoid a mess, but we were told bluntly that they don't provide bowls for ice cream. Despite our love for collecting their cups, we doubt we will return.

We had Dickey's catered to our office for our all-staff meetings, and people absolutely loved it! Tom was wonderful to work with and provided excellent guidance on ordering a large quantity. We ordered the sliced brisket, chicken, potato salad, Caesarsalad, and mac cheese. All were a hit and one of the favorite meals for the week.
