"Petty doesn't even begin to describe my experience. I was doing a DoorDash delivery, and they required me to pay for the customer's sauce. This is absolutely ridiculous! It put me in a position where the customer was upset with me and your company, and I was forced to spend my own money. I'm going to reach out to corporate about this. I haven't tried Whataburger myself, and now I definitely never will."

We usually enjoy Whataburger, but this is the second time this month we've visited this particular location, and both times the food has been at best room temperature when we receive it (we always check our order before leaving the parking lot). The fries have an off taste, as if they’ve been sitting under a low heat lamp for hours, and the burger patties have the taste and texture of being microwaved. We've made the decision to avoid this location in the future.

My boyfriend and I eat whataburger pretty often, it?s definitely our go-to! We typically pick it up curbside so we never interact with the employees. However, tonight we ordered curbside but I had to go inside to ask for some spicy ketchup and theatmosphere in the restaurant was AMAZING!!! Those employees are doing an awesome job and the manager working that shift was anabsolute rockstar , very attentive and full of positive energy. I love people like him! Wish I could have gotten his name sothat I could brag even more !

Worst Whataburger I?ve ever been to in the state of Texas rotten lettuce on my chicken sandwich. They did not put gravy with a three piece chicken meal. The 17 year old manager argue with me and that lobby to 25 minutes to go through the drive-through.Avoid like the plague.
