I asked for just a sausage... read more Was waited on one of the rudest young girls ever! I ordered a sausage biscuit through the drive through. Was told it would be $4.32. I asked for just a sausage biscuit? She said yes. Got to the window and asked again, if the amount was for just a sausage biscuit? She said yes. Opened the item and it had cheese and egg. I told her I only wanted a sausage biscuit and was told to come into the store. She aggressively threw my purchase in the trash then handed me the new item. I asked for a reimbursement for the lesser item. She said that's how much it is. The biscuit was hard and dried out. The app has the sausage biscuit for $2.79. I will not be returning to Burger King in Denison again.

It wouldn't be that... read more Did an online delivery order and asked for no sesame seeds on the bun because I have diverticulitis and can't eat seeds but got them anyway. It wouldn't be that big of a deal other than having to remove them but we never can get an order 100% right! Just tired of it! Please stress how important getting an order RIGHT is... please!
