Excellent service, very friendly and helpful, the workers, the burgers are hot and very delicious.
Was just now in here and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes while the employees were on their cell phones. They looked at me several times and just kept talking on their phones. I guess the phone calls were more important than the customers.
Everytime I come my burgers are made wrong and I called to tell them and the person on the phone was rude so I will not be back spending my hard earned money I spent almost 40 dollars and that's how they treat people never
Was waited on one of the rudest young girls ever! I ordered a sausage biscuit through the drive through. Was told it would be $4.32. I asked for just a sausage biscuit? She said yes. Got to the window and asked again, if the amount was for just a sausage biscuit? She said yes. Opened the item and it had cheese and egg. I told her I only wanted a sausage biscuit and was told to come into the store. She aggressively threw my purchase in the trash then handed me the new item. I asked for a reimbursement for the lesser item. She said that's how much it is. The biscuit was hard and dried out. The app has the sausage biscuit for $2.79. I will not be returning to Burger King in Denison again.
Did an online delivery order and asked for no sesame seeds on the bun because I have diverticulitis and can't eat seeds but got them anyway. It wouldn't be that big of a deal other than having to remove them but we never can get an order 100% right! Just tired of it! Please stress how important getting an order RIGHT is... please!
