Around a month a ago, They have changed the type of oil they cook with and it is destroying the flavor of the chicken and the fry’s. I threw away the last order I got from there . It was so bad that even my cat who loves chicken from there , turned up his nose and walked away. Good luck chicken express in finding a compatible oil to use.

I ordered a 2-piece meal, but instead, I received a 6-piece chicken tender meal—one regular and one hot. I'm not sure how they confused a 2-piece meal for a 6-piece when I clearly repeated my order. I was quite disappointed with this mix-up, especially since our two meals cost over $30. I wouldn't have minded paying that much if I had actually received what I wanted. Unfortunately, the person taking orders at the drive-thru just didn't understand my request.
