We had booked a table for but arrived a little early. We were offered the choice of eating inside or outside. We chose to eat inside. We ordered large breakfasts, pancakes with fruit and a pot of tea for four. The tea arrived and then nothing happened for about half an hour. Very disappointed twice now drove over for lunch only to be told that they have stopped serving at 13:30 in the afternoon very very disappointed I will give them one more try then there out.

For my sister’s 60th birthday I ordered an afternoon tea for 6 people to takeaway and enjoy in the garden with some family. Rachel was so helpful and accommodating and every bit of the food was exquisite. This is the third or fourth time we have used this service and it has always been 100% reliable and quality. Thank you.
This place is amazing, I’m so glad it’s local to me! The staff are so lovely, even when they are understaffed, your are still served with a smile and they regularly check if everything is ok. Nothing is a problem here, they cater for allergies and intolerances with ease and reassurance. The afternoon tea is INCREDIBLE
I have become a regular visitor to this restaurant. It is charming but a little chilly in the depths of winter. Don't let that put you off, they have a wood-burning stove and heaters plus blankets available if needed. The food is excellent and so is the service.
