Comfortable friendly excellent beers and in the fascinating centre of English canals. Also very tolerant of our muddy boots and muddy dogs!

I was worried that the long menu was going to be difficult to keep the quality up, but the red pepper arabca, kiftad and stick toffee pudding was excellent. Good selection of real ale, great atmosphere both inside and out . I really recommend this place
