When I'm spending $12 on a meal, I expect everything to be just right. That said, this restaurant is always clean, and the employees are friendly and provide excellent service.

With thei... read more Arby's is a fast food restaurant that used to be on the pricier side, but I really enjoy their roast beef and cheddar sandwiches as well as the gyros. With their current 2 for $7 deal, it's actually cheaper than McDonald's. Additionally, they’re one of the few places that consistently offers everything on their menu.

When my daughter and I went to order one, we were told they no longer have it. We settled for chocolate, but they added too much syrup, and it didn’t taste good. I mentioned the outdated sign to the drive-thru worker, and she said she’d have someone take care of it.

Today, when we mentioned that the soda from the machine tasted off, management responded with unnecessary smart remarks loud enough for us to hear while we were eating. To the staff at Arby's, maybe you should learn to keep your comments to yourself before heading back to the office. Very disappointed by the lack of care and respect, especially when the menu options deserve better customer service.
