Shoney's Dandridge

My husband loves Shoney's breakfast buffet, so of course we had to make at least one trip while we were in the area. The restaurant, the buffet and the toilets were all clean and well maintained. The food was good and there was a wide choice to choose from. The staff were friendly and the waitresses were excellent to keep their tables. We drove a little out of the way to this particular place to avoid the larger masses you meet on the main strip, and we were not disappointed. We will definitely return to this site in the future.

We love the buffet at Shoney’s. Our favorite is the fried chicken. I really enjoyed the breakfast items as well. Even the salad bar was great. If the buffet had some decent dessert items it would be perfect.

Nicely refurbished Shoney's. Stopped in for the breakfast buffet and it was sooo good. The biscuits are some of the best I've ever had. The sausage gravy, eggs, meats were great as well. There was also a nice selection of fruit and pancakes with various toppings.

This was my very first time eating at a Shoney’s restaurant. I moved to Tennessee 2 years ago. I’m nervous about trying new places. So I finally tried it out. I must say I was very impressed. This is a really nice, well maintained facility. Very clean inside. Every single employee I interacted with was extremely helpful and very friendly. And the food was really good. We got the buffet. While it’s not very extensive as far as variety goes there is still plenty to choose from. It was fresh and delicious. I’m excited to try their other menu items. If all of Shoney’s restaurants were as good as this one, they would definitely be a top 3 restaurant. I have my suspicion this one in particular is just run extremely well. They know what they are doing. So if you already like this restaurant you are in for a treat with this one in Dandridge. It’s definitely on point!
