I had a delightful breakfast at this restaurant. I enjoyed a pair of light and fluffy scrambled eggs, accompanied by some excellent rye toast. The coffee at Owens is also really good, which I appreciate. I had lunch at this restaurant and spent around $10 to $20 per person. The food was decent, rating a 3 out of 5, and the service was also average, receiving the same score.
