Salad was yellow and brown, took forever to even get seated. Obviously no manager present. Employees were openly fighting and threatening each other. Waitress had a customer go behind the bar to get their own drink and same customer was in and out of the kitchen with his gym shorts and safety vest on. Will never go back!

I guess I'm going to take this location from my lists permanently now. oh, and the management harasses her when she complains personally / or website. I had to block her number and then he would call me from a personal phone number. I understand you want to do it right. just repay my money and call it a day. no need to bother their customers.

I had the sirloin with a double portion of steamed broccoli and both were cooked to perfection!! I never had steak at RT before and I asked for the cook to cook it how it should be and was pleasantly surprised how flavorful and delicious it was ? Well done guys!

They are too busy looking at their cell phones, making social chats among the... read more Food is okay, but this location is poorly managed, and has a poorly trained staff! They are too busy looking at their cell phones, making social chats among themselves and then they disappear into the back kitchen area for long extended periods of time! And when speaking with a manager, she had such a scowl on her face when approaching the table, of which, I immediately commented on, and then, her countenance changed, she smiled and said... You're lucky that I am in a good mood tonight WOW!!! Suffice it to say, that for the most part, they have very bad service and I certainly will not be bringing my small or sizable dining party(s) there again anytime soon! Btw, it always appears like they are closed in the evening into the night, because their windows are tinted (or dim) and they NEVER turn on the bright beautiful red lit Ruby Tuesday logo atop the restaurant! As a footnote... I have found that the close by Chili's Grill Bar is excellent with great food, great service and top level management! I suggest you go there instead! Hint! Hint!
