On Tuesday, March 12, 2024 around 10 am, I visited the drive-thru at a restaurant. The employee at the window tried to inform me that the breakfast combo I wanted only came in medium or large sizes, and wanted to charge me extra for those sizes. I did not want additional potatoes or a larger drink. The employee then rang up the items individually, nearly doubling the price to have the order in a small size. This is a meal I regularly order from Wendy's and I always have the exact change for it. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I am left wondering if the management is aware of this issue.
I visited the drive-thru late at night (11:30 PM) and found the line to be slower than expected. However, the food was surprisingly better than during the busy lunch rush, so it all evened out. It didn't disappoint for a quick bite after a long day.
It’s breakfast time and I have to eat bacon bits of bacon I stead of a nice regular cooked piece of bacon for $8 bc there’s “no small option” according to Culpeper Wendy’s ? It’s bad enough we gotta eat bacon bits on the Jr. bacon…but I at least thought breakfast bacon would be FRESH!!!! ??
Family went there lastnight for dinner ate inside, myself got 2 jr cheeseburgers , as we sat down and I started eating I noticed my burger was pink, so I unwrapped my other sandwich and broke it in half and it was pinker then the burger that I started eating , manger wouldn’t give us a refund because we ate some
