Chili's Grill - Culpeper

While the waiting period was somewhat exaggerated, the employees with whom we interacted were quite understanding and offered alternative arrangements that our party at the bar instead of the 25 minutes wait for a table to sit. once the bartender was exceptional, leading us through the menu (one of us was in chili in a long time), made sure that our drinks were good right, our sweat was recorded and even in a few, and was generally a pleasure to do with business. Oh, yeah, eating was also fantastic, not how someone goes to a restaurant for eating, right? I cooked exactly as I asked and with reasonable timing (appeared and a short time before bringing the main course) as well as ensuring that we had everything we needed. overall, above and beyond, the whole crew in this night deserves their 5 stars from me.

Service and good was ok. They had a new bartender, and she was not as pleasant as the regular guy that is there most of the time I had visited. Maybe she was having a rough day.

Every time we go to Chili's we get great food at a great value they are two for $25 menu is the best value out there they haven't raised their price on that in over 4 years unlike many of the fast food and fast dining experiences such as Olive garden Red lobster Applebee's and Texas Roadhouse

The server was great but the food came out cold. The manager did not seem to care. I realize staffing shortages are affecting everyone but get your food out whole its hot!

Service was excellent. Server suggestions saved us money. Food was good.
